Calmmm downnn’ is crafted using traditional raden line-carving techniques, patiently hand-drawn and pulled into fine lines. The grooves are filled with lacquer mixed with mineral pigments, allowing color to settle gently into each trace. Precision is set aside in favor of playful, handwritten lettering that embraces humor. Through slightly roughened lines and softened color, the work invites everyday moments to pause—reminding us to freezeeeee, just for a bit.
