The clear indigo color of this noren (Japanese curtain) is achieved thanks to pristine water, rich forests, and home-made natural dyes made from plants nurtured from seeds. This noren is carefully crafted with shibori technique in which the cloth is folded, hand-stitched, tightly drawn together, and dyed.
